How HAL Fixes This: HAL detects external links (target="_blank" or non-matching domain) and adds aria-label with indicator text (e.g., "Visit MDN Web Docs (opens in new window)" or "GitHub Repository (external link)"). If a visual icon exists, HAL ensures it has alt text or aria-label.
