All partner agreements are subject to Acme Corp's standard terms and conditions. Regional addenda apply where local law requires. Partners must maintain their own professional indemnity insurance and comply with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, or local equivalent).
These terms apply mutatis mutandis to all sub-distributor arrangements entered into by an authorised partner.
